Lush Lawn Underlay - Lee Rowan's Specialty Mix
Lush Lawn Underlay combines some of the best quality ingredients to form a base soil that holds its shape, allows for drainage and provides all the essential ingredients to give your turf, or lawn seed the best start possible. With Gypsum & Complete Trace Elements added, it is the perfect start to provide a good healthy root system & establish your lawn. The Ash, Oakhampton Soil & River Sand means your soil will hold the optimum amount of water in the hot dry months but not be too heavy in the cold wet months. We always recommend at least 50mm in depth, although 75mm is preferred.
Rocket Top Dressing Mix - Lee Rowan's Specialty Mix
Rocket Top Dressing Mix is a unique soil less Top Dressing. Based on River Sand this means you should not be importing weeds into the yard when you topdress. The nitrogen fertilisers promote strong quick growth which allows you to fill in minor hills and hollows at the same time as feeding. It is a great way to "kick on" your spring growth and can be used while ever the weather is warm, usually late August through to March, remembering that in the heat of summer you will need to do more watering. We always suggest you give the lawn a tight hair cut first, then apply no more than 15mm of soil.
Oakhampton Soil
Oakhampton Soil is a quality screened loam soil that was traditionally used as a lawn underlay. Although it doesn't have any of the extra nutrients available in the Lush Lawn Underlay it is still a quality silty loam, making it suited to rolling for sculpted lawns where you want to keep the costs down. If it is under a lawn we recommend a depth of 50mm to 100mm.
Tomago Soil - Available for pick up from Ourimbah & Raymond Terrace only
This is a great soil for filling any garden or lawn area. It is a very sandy loam with excellent drainage properties. Tomago Soil is an excellent additive to heavy gardens that need breaking up.
