If you’re looking for a lawn that will stay greener longer and resist fungus better than other grasses, Sir Walter Buffalo is the right choice for you. It has a lush, thick feel underfoot making it an ideal choice for play areas. Sir Walter is less invasive into gardens than Kikuyu and Couch and less mowing than Kikuyu, (approx 50% in summer). It will also stay green in winter in most areas, provided it is fertilised well in autumn and not mown too low prior to winter.
