Zoysia redefined. Australis is a tough, hardy, medium textured zoysia grass with a blue/green medium sized leaf. Australis suits yards with full sun to medium shade (minimum 4 hours of direct sunlight per day) and can be mown as low as 10mm or left unmown up to 12 months reaching a max leaf height of 60-80mm. The Zoysia Australis is a great choice for NSW climate with superior drought tolerance and resistance to heat.
This variety has a fast establishment and deep root system making it a versatile choice for a range of conditions and stand up to the stresses of family and pet wear. Suitable for most soil types but free draining soils are recommended.
Our turf is sold by the tile: 1230mm x 610mm = 0.75m2.
