Delivery Levy
To our valued customers,
Due to recent world events and ongoing volatility in fuel prices, we will be introducing a small fuel levy on deliveries. This temporary measure allows to avoid broader price increases across our products.
We understand that the cost of living has increased for many households, and we are doing our best to minimise the impact on our customers while continuing to provide reliable service.
Effective from Monday 16th March 2026, a 15% fuel levy will be applied to delivery orders only. This is temporary, and we will continue to monitor. This will remain in place only while fuel prices are above $2 per litre.
Please note that as a promotion, online orders are free from this delivery levy.
