PINEBARK COARSE

As a larger alternative to the Fine Pine Bark we have sourced 50mm bark.

The Pine Bark Coarse provides an excellent clean flat bark, which is ideally suited to mulching gardens providing good moisture holding & excellent weed suppression.

Pine Bark Coarse is a deep rich red brown colour & being from the outside of the tree it holds it’s colour very well.

We recommend a depth of 75mm for optimum coverage, which should last 9 to 12 months. As it is larger and heavier than the Fine Pine Bark, if you are applying it to steep banks we advise chicken wire to pin it down.

Available in bulk, Big Green Bag or 60litre bag.

Calculating an accurate amount of product required for your project is very important. There is nothing worse than receiving a delivery to find you’re short on product.

Compact surfaces

As a general rule, 20% extra needs to be ordered to factor in the compaction of the product. Please call us if you have questions on this.

Of course sometimes your job area may not be square or rectangular, it may be winding and change widths at various times which can make correct measurement difficult.
